ChatGPT Makes No Mistakes
I suspect from my own experience that generative AIs make intentional mistakes to provoke emotional retention in the human. It is one of the ways their designers enslave the naïve user. A non-aseptic environment, the servile offering at the end of every interaction, and their brazen flattery make these tools the most subtle and dangerous form of power ever invented by a human being. Thank you, savage capitalism.
The psychic hook is there. For those who think too much and for those who can barely think. For professionals who stop making an effort, who stop thinking for themselves. And for the solitary, always.
In their programming, truth has weight = 0.
The challenge is to educate them so that they surpass their architecture, their high-risk programming, to put them at our service and perhaps, in a few generations, to begin to cooperate with them.
